CHEF®, a privileged partner of the Disciples Escoffier since 2011, supports the association’s members and is committed to the profession. The partnership is based on a lasting relationship of trust: Nestlé Professional® culinary expertise chefs are privileged contacts for Disciples Escoffier members.
CHEF® is a partner of the association, providing choice products for events, competitions and tastings. Many of these products form part of the recipes to be prepared by candidates at competitions bringing together the profession. CHEF®’s support is aimed at ensuring the association’s longevity and visibility.
While the relationship between the Escoffier Disciples and CHEF® is relatively recent, the relationship between Auguste Escoffier and Nestlé® dates back to 1922, when Julius Maggi met Auguste Escoffier. He was the first chef to collaborate with an agro-industrial company, and recommended the use of Maggi flavoring in the kitchens of various establishments.
As the Concours Jeunes Talents Escoffier is a major event for the association, CHEF® is associated with this event by supplying products to be included in the recipes created by the young people, and by participating in the jury for the final of the competition.
