Distilleries et Domaines de Provence is an independent, family-run business founded in 1898 in Forcalquier, in the heart of Haute-Provence. Heir to ancestral know-how, it produces exceptional spirits and aperitifs – pastis, absinthes, gins, liqueurs and aperitifs – inspired by the botanical richness of its terroir.
His signature creations include Pastis Henri Bardouin, Absinthe Absente, Gin XII, Farigoule (thyme liqueur) and Rinquinquin, a peach and wine aperitif.
