Launched in 2010 by Nausicaá (France), Acquario di Genova (Italy) and Aquarium Finisterrae (Spain), the European Mr.Goodfish program raises awareness of responsible seafood consumption. Each season, it publishes a list of recommended products, selected by experts in marine resources, to preserve fragile stocks while promoting abundant species. By joining forces with the Disciples Escoffier Internationale association, we’ll be raising awareness across the gastronomic professions and reaching out to new generations.
