Composed of men and women dedicated to their profession, the CFBCT is the professional organization for butchers, butchers and caterers. Present throughout the country, in metropolitan France and the French overseas territories, the CFBCT is committed to taking action on behalf of the sector and the 80,000 professionals who work day in, day out to keep France’s 18,000 small-scale butcher shops afloat. By joining forces with the Disciples Escoffier Internationale association and the Jeunes Talents Escoffier competition, the Confédération, founded in 1894, is perpetuating its heritage among Disciples and new generations alike.
